At the age of 9, Dr. Trisha knew she wanted to become a chiropractor, inspired by the transformative impact of her first adjustment. She excelled both academically and athletically, earning a full-ride softball scholarship to Texas A&M University at Prairie View. Graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Human Performance, she continued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, culminating in her doctorate in 2010. Her exceptional skills were recognized with the "best hands" award and the Clinic Excellence Award for diagnostic and adjusting skills.

Dr. Trisha is the co-owner of Lighthouse Wellness Center near her hometown in California where she spent 12 years practicing. In 2022, she and her husband felt called by God to relocate to South Dakota. Her passion for holistic health pushed her to open Divinity Wellness to provide natural treatment options to the greater Sioux Falls area.

On a parallel journey, Dr. Trisha's path to owning a birth center was born out of personal experience. After tragically losing a child at 35 weeks pregnant, she embarked on a mission to provide a safe and empowering birthing experience for women. She founded the California Birth Center in 2019, a holistic birth center serving the greater Sacramento area. Her experience working on pregnant women and infants is an asset to the care she provides.

Dr. Trisha is deeply family-oriented, sharing her life with her college sweetheart since 2009 and raising four wonderful children. She enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and the art of cooking. Her chiropractic philosophy revolves around individualized care, empowering patients to achieve their health goals with a compassionate and honest approach.

After graduating from the University of Missouri—Columbia, School of Medicine in 2004, Dr. Greer completed her internal medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She spent an extra year there as chief medical resident. She went on to complete a nephrology fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon.

As a double board-certified physician, Dr. Greer has practiced internal medicine and nephrology since 2010. She’s cared for some of the most complicated patients in the intensive care unit, to outpatient dialysis units and outpatient clinics. Additionally, Dr. Greer has a specialty certification in hypertension since 2010.

Dr. Greer believes that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that God created our bodies to heal if given what our bodies need. Since 2020, she’s had an interest in alternative medicine and continues to hone her skills as a holistic physician.

Dr. Greer has a passion for nutritional and dietary counseling to help her patients attain optimal health and wellness. She also has an interest in deprescribing, coupled with essential oil therapies for the treatment of common maladies.

Her husband, Darin, is a business owner and they have two teenage boys. Dr. Greer and her family enjoy traveling, entertaining and outdoor activities.

Paige is a certified Physician Assistant who was born in Michigan and grew up in Sioux Falls. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Augustana University and went to University of South Dakota for graduate school.

Upon graduation, Paige went into Emergency Medicine where she’s worked for the last 6 years. She loves the action and critical thinking of working in the ER, but she also has an artistic eye and developed a passion for the art involved in aesthetics. She’s excited to be on the Divinity Wellness Center team doing work she’s truly passionate about.
